    BACK-UPS XS 1500 is a total chunk of ****. Had to say that for search purposes. That being said I have even less to say. I have owned several APC products in the past and when the time came for them to perform they died after seconds not minutes. Worthless.

    Just wanted to add my thanks.  I had tried a few times to perform the 32 to 64bit upgrade using the Zimbra Wiki which failed each time.  There seems to be a LOT of people experiencing the same issue and your simple 2-step fix finally resolved the problem!
